Visited a Louisville favorite eatery yesterday, The Irish Rover with two of my close friends and met four new ones. We enjoyed the beer and well drinks they offered. I enjoyed a Bells White Winter ale with the fish and chips. The nutty taste of the Bells went perfect with the batter of the fish. The fries could have been better. The Welsh Rabbit looked awesome from across the table. One fellow matched that up with A Bells Two Hearted Ale. If you are okay with loud conversation and a little bit of a wait, the Rover is the place, its very authentic to the Irish pubs of Ireland.
